Our Home Maintenance Service Department offers clients a valuable resource for all maintenance issues assoicaited with property ownership. O'Neill Inc. offers services to take the burden from your busy schedule and allow you to enjoy more free time.

Our Membership Package is a favorite option for most clients. Prevention is the best cure, so we can develop an individualized program that starts with a personalized consultation and a home inspection/audit to aquaint ourselves with you and your home. With the results in hand, we prepare a maintenance and repair schedule. We typically schedule 12 visits, once per month, allowing time for scheduled maintenance tasks as well as time for chores that have come up since our last visit.

No home maintenance or improvement job is too small for our home maintenance department. Our trained crew is available for projects such as adding a deck or porch, renovating a bathroom, installing accessibility railings and ramps, and replacing or repairing railings, doors, and windows.
